Tristan Amzallag, CTOTristan co-founded Klipmart Corp. in 1999, where he held the position of Chief Technology Officer and Chief Innovation Officer. While there, he successfully filed two patents relating to online video. Klipmart was able to weather the 2000 dotcom crash and emerge as a strong rich media company. Larry Eisner, General CounselLarry Eisner is an attorney in private practice and a member of the Bars of Connecticut, Massachusetts and the District of Columbia. Larry was previously the in-house counsel for a software engineering and development firm in the healthcare reimbursement industry, the contract counsel for a software development firm in the field of web-based enterprise-wide analytic portals, and an attorney with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission in Washington, DC.
