	Matthew Browning, CEO Matthew Browning MSN, RN is Founder and CEO of YourNurseIsOn.com™. After graduating with a BSN from Sacred Heart University, Browning earned a Master of Nursing from Yale University. While at Yale, he developed the patent-pending Intelliblast™ communications system to address the challenges inherent in trying to efficiently allocate a scarce, distributed healthcare workforce via modern, real-time, multi-channel and two-way communications. 	Phoebe Browning, CFO Phoebe Browning, MBA, is the Chief Financial Officer for YourNurseIsOn.com. A serial entrepreneur, Phoebe has spent twenty years running successful businesses and is a respected business consultant. In her current role as CFO, Phoebe oversees many departments including accounting/finance, planning, business development and human resources. Phoebe graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a BS of Finance and a MBA. Top
	Tristan Amzallag, CIO Tristan co-founded Klipmart Corp. in 1999, where he held the position of Chief Technology Officer and Chief Innovation Officer. While there, he successfully filed two patents relating to online video. Klipmart was able to weather the 2000 dotcom crash and emerge as a strong rich media company. In 2006 the company was purchased by Doubleclick Inc., where Tristan held the position of VP of Innovation. Top
	Larry Eisner, General Counsel Larry Eisner is an attorney in private practice and a member of the Bars of Connecticut, Massachusetts and the District of Columbia. Larry was previously the in-house counsel for a software engineering and development firm in the healthcare reimbursement industry, the contract counsel for a software development firm in the field of web-based enterprise-wide analytic portals, and an attorney with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission in Washington, DC. Larry received a BA in Economics (magna cum laude, honors in economics, Phi Beta Kappa) from Union College and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a member of the international law journal. 	Lisa Moyles, Chief IP Counsel Lisa Moyles, Esq. serves as Chief Intellectual Property Counsel for Your Nurse is On, Inc, and is an attorney specializing in intellectual property. Lisa is a 1995 graduate of the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, and has practiced in both large and small companies, and in law firms. Prior to her legal career, Lisa achieved a BS in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University, and an AS in Dental Hygiene from the Medical College of Georgia. Lisa worked as engineer for DuPont while attending law school at night. Top

	Rod Browning, President & CEO, Xradia, Inc. With over 25 years of technology industry experience, Mr. Browning became CEO of Xradia in 2007. Previously, Mr. Browning was president and CEO of OnWafer Technologies, a venture backed start-up in the semiconductor process control and yield enhancement area, which he led to successful acquisition by KLA-Tencor. 	Derek Koch, CEO & Founder, Independent Software Derek is the CEO & Founder of Independent Software, a product development consultancy, Derek has served in executive leadership positions and led product development efforts at several ASP/SaaS companies. Derek, a graduate of University of Chicago and Northwestern University, is also the instigator of Startup Weekend New Haven, an organizer for Startup America - Connecticut, and serves on local boards for Crossroads Venture Group and the Connecticut Technology Council.
